It's beautiful up there and like nowhere else on earth. if you don't have the time to go up there though, you could go to the Hunter Valley... it's a couple of hours drive or you could get a helicopter from Sydney and stay in a romantic hotel in the vineyards...

that's quite a luxurious idea. I would love to wind up to Gold Coast roadtrip all the way to the Northern territory.
