Default Travel to Ukraine

Hello everyone
What do you think about travel to Ukraine?

I would like to tell you about one of the Donetsk region's attractions.
This salt mines.
Soledar (in 1965 – 1991 Carlo Libknehtovsk) is a small town of regional significance in the Donetsk region. It is known preliminary for its salt mines where in Soviet times produced up to 40% of the Union production of rock salts and 88% of Ukrainian extraction. The development of deposits of rock salt deposit is carried out by a mining method at the depth of 200 – 300 meters. As a result over one hundred years of underground work in the earth, a system of mine works has more than 200 km. Their sizes are striking. Sometimes they are up to 30 meters high. A speleosanatory for asthmatics has been organized here.

In addition to guided tours there is a recreational center which conducts specialized treatment.
