The best element is the museum itself that is a historical building of 1930’s. The Mozart Museum is worth appreciating. after hearing the decription you gave i am also kinda curious now to give a visit to prague. i am basically in malaga, spain. what would you suggest be the best and economical way of transport for me and may be the best time of the year if possible. thanks

best time of year would be spring (may/june) or autumn (september) - that way you avoid the big tourist invasions of july/august but still get to enjoy good weather!
you can also go in December, apparently Prague looks really pretty when it snows, and you can go to the Christmas market....
