Cheap hotel around Kinshicho, Asakusa, Ueno Area

Can anyone recommend a hotel or a nice looking in a convenient area near the stations of Asakusa, Ueno or Kinshicho? My friend is going to Japan with her husband with 3 kids and alot of the hotels they tried booking were full. Can anyone recommend one for me?
