Point Borrow

Hi,
I want some Information about Point Barrow. We will be in Barrow on July 30-31 by Alaska Airlines Overnight, and would love to get out to the point. Have anyone seen Polar bears in July? Also, what can we do on the second day of our stay? and is there any other place to see?
