Default Weather in Switzerland during August 2009

We plan to visit Swiss from 12-22Aug. Places we intend to visit are Zurich, Lucerne, Interlaken, Geneva and Zermatt.

Would like to know if it snows in any of these places during this period and if we will be able to engage in any of the snow activities? How cold can we expect it to be as we are coming from the MiddleEast where the peak of summer is between 43-48C?

What clothing should we consider and would like suggestions on what would be the best time before the end of the year for witnessing some snow?

I am just back from Switzerland,,,,the weather was fine-some 25-30 C.,,, though it could rain sometimes(in the evenings), but they say in August it would be hot, so be ready to some 30-33 C.,,, and in any case have some warm clothes with you too,,, I saw Bern, Lausanne, Geneva, Trumelbach waterfalls(somewhere near Interlaken- you will need raincoat), Gruyeres, Montreaux,,, have a good time!!! and enjoy your vacation

In Europe you can see nice temperature in August means only minimum temperature 13C and maximum 24C. Nice weather to visit but if possible you can take few warm dress too.
